Fifteen Stories 2022

‘Fifteen Stories’ documents the individual stories in a public housing (HDB) building in Singapore during the day and night, capturing the life of a building through the discovery of the mundane. At one glance, the individual storeys may look indifferent to another. However, upon close examination, patterns of living can be observed through arrangements, patterns and inanimate objects. Some of these objects gained new uses other than their original function as patterns of use develop out of necessity over time - making each storey unique and unrepeatable.

Showcased at the Bangkok Art Book Fair (2022), Cut Copy Paste Zine Fair (2023), and the ‘Page Break’ exhibition (2023) at the Singapore Art Museum. Browsing copy available at Temporary Unit.
